Return & Exchange

You have 30 days from delivery date to request a return or exchange.
How to Return
- Login to "My Orders" and click "Return"
- Pack the item with original tags
- Print free return label or schedule pickup
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, with all tags attached
- Defective or damaged items: Free return shipping & full refund
- Change of mind: Return shipping fee may apply
- Non-returnable items: Intimates, gift cards, final sale items
