Return & Exchange

You have 30 days from delivery date to request a return or exchange.

How to Return

• Login to "My Orders" and click "Return"
• Pack the item with original tags
• Print free return label or schedule pickup
• Refund processed within 5-7 business days

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, with all tags attached
• Defective or damaged items: Free return shipping & full refund
• Change of mind: Return shipping fee may apply
• Non-returnable items: Intimates, gift cards, final sale items

Need a different size or color? Request an exchange. Replacement ships free once we receive your return.
